书信的格式：
①称呼：顶格,有的还可以加上一定的限定、修饰词,如亲爱的等.
②问候语：如写“你好”、“近来身体是否安康”等.独立成段,不可直接接下文.否则,就会违反构段意义单一的要求,变成多义段了.
③正文.这是信的主体,可以分为若干段来书写.
④祝颂语.以最一般的“此致”、“敬礼”为例.“此致”可以有两种正确的位置来进行书写,一是紧接着主体正文之后,不另起段,不加标点；二是在正文之下另起一行空两格书写.“敬礼”写在“此致”的下一行,顶格书写.后应该加上一个惊叹号,以表示祝颂的诚意和强度.　　称呼和祝颂语后半部分的顶格,是对收信人的一种尊重.是古代书信“抬头”传统的延续.古人书信为竖写,行文涉及对方收信人姓名或称呼,为了表示尊重,不论书写到何处,都要把对方的姓名或称呼提到下一行的顶头书写.它的基本做法,为现代书信所吸收.
⑤署名和日期.写信人的姓名或名字,写在祝颂语下方空一至二行的右侧.最好还要在写信人姓名之前写上与收信人的关系,如儿×××、父×××、你的朋友×××等.再下一行写日期.　　如果忘了写某事,则可以在日期下空一行、再空两格写上“又附”,再另起行书写未尽事宜.

　　书信,是我们日常生活中经常使用的一种应用文.可同学们在写信时,却常常对书信的格式掌握不住.那么,写信时,在格式上我们应当注意些什么呢?
　　一般的书信由六个部分构成.这六个部分是：称呼、问候、正文、祝颂语、署名、日期.下面分别说说它们在格式上的要求.
　　（1）称呼
　　写一封信,先要把收信人的称呼顶格写在第一行,然后,再在后面加上冒号,表示下面有话要说.
　　（2）问候语
　　问候语要写在称呼的下一行,空两格.它可以独立成为一段.
　　（3）正文
　　正文一般分为连接语、主体文、总括语三个部分.每一个部分开头都应另起一行,空两格落笔.
　　（4）祝颂语
　　祝颂语是表示致敬或祝贺一类的话,如“此致”、“祝”等.它可以紧接着正文写,也可以独占一行,空两格写.另外,在写与“此致”和“祝”相配套的“敬礼”、“健康”一类表示祝愿的话语时,一般要另起一行顶格写.
　　（5）署名
　　写完信之后,在信的右下角写上发信人的姓名叫做署名.在署名的前面一般还要加上合适的称谓,如“同学”、“好友”,“弟”“妹”等.
　　（6）日期
　　发信的日期可写在具名的后边,也可以另起一行.
　　信的格式如下例所示.

　　中文商业商务信函的写作格式
　　如同一般信函,商业信文一般由开头、正文、结尾、署名、日期等5个部分组成.
　　(1)开头
　　开头写收信人或收信单位的称呼.称呼单独占行、顶格书写,称呼后用冒号.
　　(2)正文
　　信文的正文是书信的主要部分,叙述商业业务往来联系的实质问题,通常包括：
　　①向收信人问候；
　　②写信的事由,例如何时收到对方的来信,表示谢意,对于来信中提到的问题答复等等；
　　③该信要进行的业务联系,如询问有关事宜,回答对方提出的问题,阐明自己的想法或看法,向对方提出要求等.如果既要向对方询问,又要回答对方的询问,则先答后问,以示尊重；
　　④提出进一步联系的希望、方式和要求.
　　(3)结尾
　　结尾往往用简单的一两句话,写明希望对方答复的要求.如“特此函达,即希函复.”同时写表示祝愿或致敬的话,如“此致敬礼”、“敬祝健康”等.祝语一般分为两行书写,“此致”、“敬祝”可紧随正文,也可和正文空开.“敬礼”、“健康”则转行顶格书写.
　　(4)署名
　　署名即写信人签名,通常写在结尾后另起一行(或空一、二行)的偏右下方位置.以单位名义发出的商业信函,署名时可写单位名称或单位内具体部门名称,也可同时署写信人的姓名.重要的商业信函,为郑重起见,也可加盖公章.
　　(5)日期
　　写信日期—般写在署名的下一行或同一行偏右下方位置.商业信函的日期很重要,不要遗漏.
